- Romanian Trotter -

This unique horse breed is also called the Trapas Romanesc and was developed in Muntenia, Romania. Their herdbook was established in 1930, and they exhibit a special fox-colored coat pattern with dark skin. These horses can stand up to 158 centimeters at the withers, and are used for many different things, such as cart pulling, military, jumping, and dressage. Conservation attempts are being made to preserve this breed, as it is estimated that there are only eighty of these horses left in the world.
