About the Author
Sally A. Nolte has owned and operated Equine Kingdom Riding Academy in Greensboro,
NC for over 8 years. Along with her husband Matt, she serves over 100 people a week
through various opportunities - lessons, camp, boarding, leasing, parties, and more.
She holds a Level 2 Certification through the American Riding Instructor's Association
(ARIA) in Recreational Riding and Hunt Seat On The Flat. She holds degrees in Business
Administration and Global Logistics, and is working towards her certification
through the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH), in November
2012. She teaches many different styles of riding and enjoys reading,
working on her farm, and writing, as well as one of her favorite pastimes, martial
arts - she holds a 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a 2nd degree black belt
in San Shin Kai.

Pony rides last approximately 10 minutes and will be hand-led by
a worker at the farm. Parents/grandparents/siblings are welcome to walk alongside
if necessary.
Digital photos will be EMAILED, so please provide an email address.
We have large and small horses, so if you have older children or adults
wanting to ride, let us know ahead of time so we can have a bigger horse available.
Most of the horses we use are not super-small, but they are all older and very,
very gentle and love children! Please trust our judgement when bringing your child
(or yourself!) out for a special ride.
TIPS are very much appreciated, as they purchase treats for our horses
for all their hard work! We have a bright green box at the arena if you'd like to
donate!
Address of the farm is . There's a big blue/silver/white/black sign out
by the road that's hard to miss. Please park sensibly, try not to block anyone in!
